Delivery Methods
Products ordered on Bervolo.com are delivered exclusively via express courier services. We do NOT deliver through the Romanian Post, and it is not possible to pick up products from our headquarters.
The shipping cost/processing fee is automatically calculated based on the value and weight of the order and is always displayed in the shopping cart. This fee is shown as a separate item on the invoice.
We do not charge additional fees for locations where courier companies apply extra charges for long distances from their warehouses.
Orders are delivered through Sameday courier services.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days from the moment the order is placed or as communicated by Bervolo.com operators when confirming the order. Delays may occur due to various reasons: public holidays, adverse weather conditions, technical issues beyond our control, etc. If the delivery time is extended, we will notify you on our website and all social media platforms.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment is made in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. -
Online Payment via Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
Online transactions are processed through the MobilPay service, ensuring full security in a 3D Secure environment. The following cards are accepted:- VISA (Classic and Electron)
- MASTERCARD (including Maestro with CVV2/CVC2 code)
Payment is handled exclusively through the bank’s secure processing system. Bervolo.com does not request or store any information about your card.

Orders will only be shipped once the bank transfer has been confirmed.
