Thank you for purchasing from Bervolo. If you wish to return a product, please adhere to the following conditions:
Non-Returnable Products
Sealed products, such as in-ear headphones or masks, cannot be returned if the seal has been broken, due to hygiene and health protection reasons, as per Article 16, letter (e) of O.U.G. 34/2014
Returnable Products
According to O.U.G. 34/2014, you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.
Customer Obligations
- Return Costs: The direct costs for returning the product are borne by the customer, as per Article 14, paragraph 2 of O.U.G. 34/2014.
- Condition of Products: Products must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as they were received, without excessive wear or damage. All original accessories and documents (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.) must be included.

Please note:
- Shipments must not include cash on delivery (COD).
- Once you ship the package, notify us with the AWB tracking number to ensure prompt processing and include the bank account details for the refund.
- Unannounced packages will be refused and returned to the sender.
Conditions for Return Acceptance
- Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered (free of physical damage, scratches, or dents).
- Products that do not meet these conditions or show signs of excessive use will not be accepted for return.
